Carol Goldstein, Senior Fellow

Carol Goldstein has over 25 years of corporate finance experience in the telecommunications, satellite, and commercial space industries advising companies ranging from startups to multinationals. Throughout her career, she accumulated a broad range of experience advising clients in strategic transactions and financings.

Ms. Goldstein began her finance career at Morgan Stanley in 1989 where she provided transactional and capital markets advice to companies in the competitive telecom sector and helped clients raise capital in public and private capital markets, including IPOs, high-yield markets, and project financing. She developed expertise in the emerging field of satellite communications and led the bank to a market-leading position in the sector. She subsequently joined ING Barings as Global Head of Telecoms, later serving as North American Head of Telecom, Media & Technology at ABN AMRO where she focused on the global financing needs of multinational clients. Ms. Goldstein later served as the Executive Vice President, Finance of Odyssey Moon, a GLXP competitor focused on commercial lunar activities, and as a Board Member of Space Services Inc., a commercial space holding company.

Ms. Goldstein has lectured at the International Space University and co-developed the satellite financing track for its School of Business and Management. Carol also serves on the Board of Advisors for Geeks Without Frontiers, a non-profit focused on expanding broadband connectivity to underserved communities. Before her investment banking career, Carol was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell.
