Ilsa Mroz is the Director of Programs at the Institute of Space Commerce, where she oversees the Institute’s fellowship and scholarship programs.

She is also the Senior Manager of the Space Systems division at the Aerospace Industries Association. In this role, she works with AIA members to support and advocate for relevant industry issues in civil, commercial, and national security space.

Ilsa holds an M.A. in Global Security Studies from Johns Hopkins University, a B.A. in Political Science from the University of New Mexico, and a Certificate in Private Pilot Training from San Diego Miramar College.
